Professor Gillian TozerProfessor Gillian Tozer holds the Chair in Tumour Biology within the Academic Unit of Surgical Oncology, University of Sheffield Medical School. Before joining Sheffield in October 2004, she worked at the Gray Cancer Institute from 1989 to 2004, where she was Head of the Tumour Microcirculation Group from 1999. Previously she was at the MRC Cyclotron Unit Hammersmith Hospital as a Scientist for 5 years and between 1983 and 1984 she was the Anna Hammann Research Fellow at the Edwin L Steele Laboratory - Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital. She holds the degrees of PhD in Radiobiology, University of London, MSc in Radiobiology, University of London and BSc in Biology & Physics, University of Keele .
